2. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused products, for any valid reason for wanting to return, and must be within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website.
We will process a credit to your account less any original shipping and return freight costs.
Wall sticker return policy
You can e-mail us at support@decowall.co.uk to return the items.
Please be sure to include your order number with your e-mail. Upon acceptance of your return request, we would send a confirmation letter.

Once we have received your item in original condition (unless defective item see below), we will issue a credit to your account.
All returns must be subject to a return shipping fee (where applicable), and original shipping fee.
Wallpaper / Window film Return Policy
We accept wallpaper/Window film returns only when it is made within 30 days of purchase. All returned wallpaper/Window film must be in the form of unused and unopened rolls. We do not accept returns of opened rolls. You can e-mail us at support@decowall.co.uk to return the items. Please be sure to include your order number with your e-mail. Upon acceptance of your return request, we would send a confirmation letter.

Credit will be issued minus a return freight fee (where applicable), and original shipping fee.
Defective items
We will replace any items due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of purchase. There is no restocking fee and in any cases we won't ask you to send anything back to us.
