31842 White Flowers Decorative Frosted Window Film
Product Review (submitted on 9 April 2014):
I received this film free to review and chose one to brighten up a drab back door, before and after photographs in customer's images.
The first thing to say is although I was very pleased with the final results hence the 5* rating it was not a 5 minute job to install. There are copious installation instructions supplied and these need to be followed, including using a slip solution (washing up liquid solution) you will need to use far more than you think. You need a spray can, squeegee and a craft knife to trim. I used the squeegee off the end of a Karcher window vacuum as this was stiff enough but also soft enough not to damage the film, the suppliers recommend wrapping a cloth round the squeegee.
The actual sticking to the glass as was removing air bubbles was easy with the slip solution enabling me to slide and position correctly. Trimming the edge was straightforward but be careful if like me you are covering a window that has angled rubber seals as it is too easy to cut and damage these.
Now it is installed I am very happy with it and I have had people ask where I got it, a neighbor is going to get some to put at the bottom of a patio door to stop his toddler bouncing off the glass when he can't see the glass.
