| Question: Information about returns and refunds. |
Transactions with Decowall which gives you 28 days to return your order from the day you received the goods. However, you should be aware of certain limitations:
1) If you have used your wall sticker, then you cannot exchange or refund your sticker.
2) According to the law you should be able to exchange your goods if the item has damaged or you can get a refund for the full purchase amount as soon as we receive the goods. Before sending back your order to us, you should email us.
3) You must pay for return shipping of your goods. Goods must be returned to the following address:

| Question: Can I remove wall stickers without leaving any trace on my wall? |
| Our wall stickers can be easily removed without leaving any trace on any surface. We have had no problems with peeling off come off the wall for re-use even after years. |
| Question: How will I receive my stickers? |
| You will receive your sticker in a poster plastic case/tube. We will send your sticker by Royal mail 1st class mail and you will receive normally 1-2 working days. |
| Question: On which surfaces can I use Decowall stickers? |
| You can apply Decowall stickers to almost any surface. They can be applied to surfaces such as painted drywall, glass, metal, sanded wood, non-textured wallpaper, windows, tiles, doors, plaster, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators. |
| Question: How can i pay for my order? |
| Our main payment gateways are PayPal and Pay Point. The PayPal have over 90 million accounts worldwide and are a world leader in credit card processing and payment methods. | Question: I haven’t received an order confirmation per email? |
You most likely entered your email address incorrectly in the order form or the email we sent you ended up in your SPAM folder by accident. Not to worry however: If you saw the order complete message when you place your order then you can be sure that we have received it and are processing it. If you want to make sure your order got through OK, you can always contact us at sales@decowall.co.uk
To see the exact shipping costs for your order, add all the products you wish to purchase from your shopping cart - then select your coutry from the dropdown list. the system will then show the correct shipping amount in your local currency automatically. |
| Question: Can I get you to send the Decowall stickers I want as a gift to another address than my own? |
| Yes. We can send your sticker to a different address than the billing address. This option will become available to you when you enter your payment and other information during checkout. |
