You may return unused products, for any reasonable reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website.
We will process a credit to your account less original shipping and return freight.

Once we have received your item in original condition, we will issue a credit to your account.
All returns must be subject to a return shipping fee (where applicable), and original shipping fee.

We accept wallpaper/Window film returns only when it is made within 30 days of purchase.
All returned wallpaper/Window film must be in the form of unused and unopened rolls. We do not accept returns of opened rolls. You can call us on 0208 794 6200 or e-mail us at support@decowall.co.uk to return the items.

We will replace any items due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of purchase.
There is no restocking fee and in any cases we won't ask you to send anything back to us.
